1. Acceptance of Terms

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kix88 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any name, identity, device, IP address, or household.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using kix88 as a conduit for illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including impersonating another person or using a fictitious identity.
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the kix88 platform, its servers, databases, APIs, or security systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kix88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of kix88 or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kix88 brand, name, and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of any kix88 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any material from the kix88 platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Permission is granted to temporarily view materials on the kix88 platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
